What is a Postpartum Doula?
As a Postpartum Doula, I am your helper, and there to first and foremost support you. This however, comes in many different ways, depending on the mama. As a society, I believe we spend most of our attention on the birth and overlook the fourth trimester.
I offer evidence based information on topics such as feeding, emotional and physical support for mom after birth, mom and baby bonding, infant soothing and basic newborn care.
A lot of what I do is normalizing. I am there to talk you through what is “normal” and what is not, and if I suspect something to be out of the norm, I have a local list of resources and references to help you.
I am there to help you and your family during this extremely overwhelming time after bringing baby home. My goal is for my support to help ease you into parenthood, or into growing your family, and give your family the balance and serenity it so deserves.

Holistic Nutrition Consulting
Nourishing your body through diet and aiming to consume foods as close to their natural state. By introducing a combination of unrefined, unprocessed, organic and naturally sourced foods, we can optimize your overall health and well-being.
I think of holistic nutrition as less of restricting what you consume and more about what we can include. I offer trimester specific support that is custom created for your specific needs. My goal is to empower women as early as their first trimester and to encourage them to live their healthiest, strongest pregnancy possible.
During postpartum, when taking care of yourself is the most difficult, I am there to support you -- to educate you on what your body needs to feel your best.
One-on-One Personal Training
From the comfort of your home or in the great outdoors -- I am here to help you achieve your goals during or after pregnancy and beyond.
Fitness sessions are made personally for you. A program will be built to accomplish your goals, built around your fitness level and your body’s capabilities. We will focus in on your strengths and weaknesses, and work towards a balanced body and mind.
No matter if you are starting at what feels like nothing after recovering from childbirth, maintaining fitness during your pregnancy, or wanting to prepare your body for becoming pregnant, I am here to help.
I will be there with you every step of the way until you feel like the warrior mama I know you are.
